TAE ("the Service") is an AI-powered cosmetic medical hospital directory and appointment platform operated by SC301. The Service helps users search for hospitals, compare medical services, and book consultations.
You can create an account via email/password or social login (Kakao, Naver, Google, Apple). Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account information and are liable for all activities conducted through their account.
The AI chatbot is operated solely for general informational purposes and does not replace professional medical consultation. Information provided by the AI is for reference only; decisions regarding diagnosis or treatment must be made in consultation with qualified medical professionals.
Appointments booked through TAE are confirmed upon hospital verification. TAE acts as a booking intermediary and is not responsible for cancellations or changes made by hospitals.
Users may post content such as reviews and photos. All content is subject to moderation. Users retain copyright of their content but grant TAE a license to display and promote it.
Users may delete their accounts at any time from the Profile page. Personal data is destroyed within 30 days of account deletion, except where retention is required by applicable law.
TAE strives for accuracy of information but does not guarantee hospital quality, appointment availability, or treatment outcomes. TAE's liability for direct or indirect damages arising from service use is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
